Filename: ray-deans.pngRay has considerable experience in the delivery of courses to organisations and members of the public.  He is Head of Personal Injury at Ashmans Solicitors and prior to this has worked in private legal practice and as a trainer for the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service, both as an in-house and public trainer.  He combines his busy legal practice with the delivery of courses to staff in many organisations to include Health & Safety Staff, Accident Investigators, Loss Adjusters, Claims Handlers and Claims Managers, many of whom work for major insurer’s dealing with claims or investigating accidents.

Cath Thomas

Filename: cath-thomas.pngCath specialises in Stress Management, both as a practitioner and trainer, dealing with individuals, groups and organisations.  Given that the Health & Safety Executive are now targeting stress in the workplace, a major cause of occupational ill health, with more inspections and the introduction of new management standards, Cath is well placed to assist organisations to meet the higher expectations of the enforcing authorites.

Helen Broadhurst
