Helen broadhurstHelen has many years experience delivering food hygiene and food safety qualifications as an Associate Trainer for Age Concern.  CIEH courses are now sector specific to manufacturing, retail and catering, and Helen is registered and has experience in all of them.  Courses are made interesting and dynamic and include the most up-to-date legislation and current practice.

Helen has extensive experience in the food industry working in hygiene, quality and technical management, within the manufacturing, catering and retail sectors.

Courses Delivered

CIEH Level 1 Award in Food Safety (Catering, Manufacturing or Retail)
A ½ day course, suitable for a variety of candidates, including new employees with minimal or no prior food safety knowledge, employees handling low-risk or wrapped food or those who work front of house, such as waiting or check out staff, as well as back of house such as kitchen porters or warehouse staff.

CIEH Level 2 Award in Food Safety (Catering, Manufacturing or Retail)
A 1 day course designed for anyone working in a catering, manufacturing or retail setting where food is prepared, cooked and handled

CIEH Level 3 Award in Food Safety (Catering, Manufacturing or Retail)
A 3 day course designed for managers and supervisors of medium and large manufacturing and catering businesses.
