Cath thomasCath specialises in Stress Management, both as a practitioner and trainer, dealing with individuals, groups and organisations.  Given that the Health & Safety Executive are now targeting stress in the workplace, a major cause of occupational ill health, with more inspections and the introduction of new management standards, Cath is well placed to assist organisations to meet the higher expectations of the enforcing authorites.

Her experience delivering training to organisations has benefited them by increasing awareness, identifying issues and delivering solutions.

Cath delivers courses as well as being available as a Consultant to work with organisations to identify sources of stress within an organisation,

Courses Delivered

Managing Stress at Work for Managers
A course designed to enable managers to identify signs of stress in employees, highlighting how it impacts on the performance and productivity of an organisation.  A 1 day course delivered either in-house or at our training facility that equips managers to manage and combat stress in the workplace using HSE management guidelines.

Stress Awareness for Employees
An introductory 1 day course designed to help employees to identify and deal with the causes of stress.  This course equips employees to identify the signs and symptoms and causes of stress, and offers solutions to deal with them.
